The Kowa TS -613 ED telescope is a highly sought after classic. This now hard-to-find ED glass model has long been recognized in the ornithological world as one of the best 60mm scopes around, one of those oversized products that punches well above its weight, and its price. With its legendary reputation for image sharpness, you would spend over $1,200 to get this optical quality in a current scope. The disappointment of this scope Kowa was the original 27X eyepiece, but this one is equipped with the 600/610 series 20-40X zoom eyepiece, which provides exceptional sharpness in an impressively wide field of view and perfect for digiscoping. The eyepiece alone would be worth 200€. Note that this is the fully multi-coated ED glass version, which is why it is such a sought-after version by experts.

As we indicated in the brief description, the KOWA TS-613 ED is currently a discontinued product. But the units we offer in Telescopiomania are brand new.
