Telescope Bresser Solarix 76/350 with solar filter.
be impressed by fascinating solar observations! Telescopiomania is proud to present the new BRESSER Solarix 76/350 telescope, the first all-in-one Newtonian telescope that allows you to observe the Sun safely and with certified quality at a sensational price!
It has never been easier to observe both the night sky and the Sun, at a surprisingly low price and - last but not least - in total solar observing safety. Indeed, the solar filter that has been specially designed for this telescope makes it possible. It contains a special film that protects the eye against all types of solar radiation during observations: infrared, ultra violet and visible light are damped to a safe level, reducing the transmission of solar radiation by 99.99%. Thus, only a safe amount of the visible solar spectrum can pass through the filter to create a wonderful solar image in the eyepiece. The safety level of this filter has been tested by an independent quality control company to obtain all CE certificates to certify it as a safe astronomical instrument.
Plus, want to capture what you see? With the included smartphone holder you can use your cell phone to easily take spectacular color images of celestial objects.
But the BRESSER Solarix 76/350 brought to you by Telescopiomania is of course also ready to be used for observing astronomical objects in the night sky. With all the included accessories you will be ready to start your astronomical hobby at the best price. This newton reflector telescope is compact and has an extensive instruction manual that will help you in your first astronomical steps and will allow you to install your equipment in a few minutes leaving it ready for observation.
Get ready for a unique occasion: the transit of Mercury in 2019. Mercury transits past the Sun occur about 14 times per century and occur when the orbit of the planet Mercury crosses the Earth's orbit. That occurs in May and November. The main difference between the two seasons is that in May transits Mercury is closer to Earth and its diameter is a little larger than during November transits.
Although it will not be as spectacular as a transit of Venus nor will it be visible to the naked eye, we will be able to enjoy it through telescopes.
REMEMBER: observing the Sun is very dangerous and you should never do it without using a specific astronomical filter. If after some time you notice that the solar image becomes a little yellowish, you should consider acquiring a new solar filter, always with a full aperture that covers the entire diameter of your telescope.
