Car window support for Unihedron SQM
This support for car window is used to perform light pollution studies on route. With the SQM and GPS connected to the computer and using the UDM, data collection can be done by assigning a specific reading value at each point of the traced route. The GPS option must be enabled in the software.
The relatively wide head of the bracket where it fits the window makes it relatively easy to place it on a wide range of windows with contours of all types. The adjustable connection between the window and the SQM mount allows the meter to be positioned vertically regardless of the step in the window.
The unit should be mounted close to the part of the window where the curvature of the window leaves the meter in the most horizontal position possible.
