Tripod head with fine adjustment for fast and exact polar height adjustment of the BRESSER StarTracker PM-100 astrophotography mount Art. No. 4964120.

The BRESSER tripod head with fine adjustment MH-100 allows a very precise adjustment by means of large knurled screws. However, in order to keep the adjustment paths of the knurled screws as small as possible, the mounting plate has a quick clamping device with serration that allows a coarse adjustment of the polar height (latitude at the location) to be selected. The MH-100 tripod head can be mounted on all photography tripods with 1/4 inch photo thread connection. The StarTracker astrophotography mount can be attached without tools to the MH-100 tripod head using the 1/4" photo thread screw. The complete tripod head is made of black anodized aluminum and, thanks to the use of solid material, guarantees maximum stability. The fine threaded knurled screws are even made of stainless steel and guarantee long durability and corrosion resistance.

Ideal for optimizing tracking accuracy in astrophotography.

NOTE: Can also be used as a sturdy adjustment element of a guide telescope in astrophotography. Parallel orientation of the main telescope and guide telescope is thus possible quickly and accurately. Base plate connection: 3 1/4 inch photo threads with a hole spacing of 35.0 mm. Mounting plate connection: 2 M8x1.25 threads with 35.0 mm hole spacing.
