The microscope Levenhuk MED D20T is an excellent choice for seminars and presentations, teaching purposes at universities, research work in scientific centers and diagnostics in medical laboratories.
The microscope uses a classic trinocular head. It consists of a visual part inclined at 30° and a separate upright tube, in which a digital camera (included in the kit) is installed. The camera has a 5.1 MP sensor and can record videos and take photos. The camera can be connected to an external display via a USB cable (included in the kit) to transmit the image captured by the lens to the display in real time. The CD included in the kit contains special software for processing recorded photos and videos, adjusting brightness, size and other functions.
The microscope's optical system consists of wide-field eyepieces with diopter adjustment and semi-planar achromatic objectives of varying magnification. The overall magnification of the optics ranges from 40x to 1000x. All optical surfaces of the eyepieces and objectives are protected with a special antifungal coating. The 40x and 100x objectives have a retractable housing that protects the optics against accidental damage. The 100x objective can be used for oil immersion observations (an immersion oil tube is included in the kit). Sharpness is adjusted with the coarse and fine focus knobs, which have a small feed factor.
The stage is equipped with a mechanical micrometer, which allows precise positioning of the specimens under the objective. The illumination system is located below the stage. It consists of an Abbe condenser, an iris diaphragm, a filter holder and a 20 watt halogen light source. The brightness of the illumination is adjustable. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply.

Caution:
Refer to the specification table for proper mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into a 220V outlet or vice versa without using a converter. Remember that the mains voltage is 110V in the United States and Canada, and 220-240V in most European countries.
Some of the things that can be seen under the microscope:
The Levenhuk MED D20T digital trinocular microscope is compatible with Levenhuk cameras (purchased separately). The Levenhuk cameras are installed in the eyepiece tube, where the eyepiece would be.
