The magnification range is 40-1600x. Its achromatic objectives provide a sharp and extremely detailed image without aberrations. For maximum magnification, with the 100x objective, you can use the oil immersion observation technique (a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit). The two wide-angle eyepieces with pointer allow you to study samples with complicated structures.
The stage is equipped with a mechanical micrometer, which allows samples to be positioned quickly and accurately under the objective. The sharpness adjustment is done in the best possible way by means of coarse and fine adjustment controls. Below the stage is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm. Below the stage is the LED illumination system, the brightness of which is adjustable. The illumination is powered by AC power or rechargeable batteries (included in the kit). One battery charge provides 10 hours of continuous operation.
The main feature of the microscope is its digital camera. The camera is installed in the optical tube in place of the eyepiece. A USB cable, included in the kit, is used to connect the camera to a computer. The camera provides real-time images with a resolution of up to 2048x1536 pixels. It can take photos or record videos. The camera is a great solution for recording the main steps of an investigation, creating presentations or video lessons. The digital camera comes with an installation CD containing the necessary software and drivers.
