The Levenhuk D740T digital microscope is designed both for making observations visually, using the microscope eyepiece, and for transmitting data to a computer screen. The microscope is delivered with a modern 5 Mpx camera that is installed in the optical tube to transmit the images in real time to a computer screen. As the microscope has a three-eyepiece head, you can use them to keep an eye (both eyes, in our case) on what is going on at the same time.
Digital microscope Levenhuk D740T is designed both for making observations visually, using the microscope eyepiece, and for transmitting data to a computer screen. The microscope is delivered with a modern 5 Mpx camera that is installed in the optical tube to transmit the images in real time to a computer screen. As the microscope has a three-eyepiece head, you can use them to keep an eye (both eyes, in our case) on what is going on at the same time.
The microscope has a wide magnification range from 40x to 2000x. Choose the appropriate magnification by rotating the revolving nosepiece housing the interchangeable objectives and eyepieces. The instrument has four achromatic objectives (including an immersion lens) and two sets of eyepieces, one standard and one widefield.
The microscope Levenhuk D740T is designed to observe transparent samples. The illumination system is located under the stage and has a convenient intensity control. The illumination source is an intense LED (0.5 watt) whose brightness can be continuously adjusted over a wide range. The illumination is powered by household current (a cable is included). The light from the source is redirected to the Abbe condenser, which is equipped with a diaphragm of adjustable diameter. By adjusting the aperture diameter, the light beam is precisely directed to the desired area. Coarse and fine focusing are performed with a focusing screw.
The microscope stage is equipped with specimen clamps and can be moved horizontally and vertically. The body is made of metal.
A digital camera is also included with the microscope Levenhuk D740T with accessories. This camera is installed at the eyepiece position and displays on your computer screen everything that is happening under the objective. This functionality can be used to make presentations or to record your research results in video format for future use. The software Levenhuk ToupView (included with the product) allows you to edit images, resize them, adjust their brightness and contrast, crop them, etc.
The kit includes everything you need to get started. The digital camera comes with an installation CD containing the necessary software and drivers. The Levenhuk D740T and its camera are compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac OS 10.6-10.10 operating systems.

Caution: Consult the specifications table for the correct voltage and never plug a 110V device into a 220V outlet or vice versa without using an adapter. Remember that the voltage in the United States and Canada is 110V and in most European countries it is 220-240V.
Some of the things that can be seen under the microscope:
The digital trinocular microscope Levenhuk D740T 5.1M is also compatible with digital cameras Levenhuk C NG (additional cameras sold separately). The cameras Levenhuk C NG are installed in the eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece.
