This microscope does not require any special skills for assembly and use. Just turn on the camera, place a sample on the stage, focus the image, focus and that's it. If you encounter difficulty with any of the steps, the Levenhuk D870T 8M comes with a comprehensive manual that is sure to provide the answer. The installation CD, which is also included in the kit, contains all the necessary software and drivers for the digital camera.
The Levenhuk D870T 8M offers magnifications from 40x to 2000x and comes with four lenses: 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x - plus pairs of WF10x and WF20x eyepieces with a wide field of view.
Any professional researcher who spends several hours a day studying objects under the microscope will appreciate the binocular configuration of the eyepieces, which reduces strain on the eyes. The trinocular head can rotate 360 degrees for research or group studies.
The kit includes everything you need to get started. The digital camera comes with an installation CD containing the necessary software and drivers. The Levenhuk D870T and its camera are compatible with Windows, Linux* and Mac 10.6-10.10 operating systems.

The Levenhuk D870T 8M digital trinocular microscope is also compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras (additional cameras sold separately). The cameras Levenhuk are installed in the eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece.
The microscope comes with two additional accessories for connecting to a digital camera: an extender tube and an extender tube. We recommend using these accessories when using short focus objectives for better focus.
