Digital microscope Levenhuk MED D10T LCD is equipped with a digital camera with LCD display, which does not require connection to a computer. Thanks to this, the microscope is self-sufficient: no additional equipment is needed to take full advantage of its features. It allows observations to be made using the brightfield method, and photographs and videos of the research work to be taken. The image resolution is sufficient to transmit with sharpness and clarity the smallest details of complex biological structures.

Achromatic objective lenses reduce optical aberrations and allow detailed observation of microscopic objects with a magnification of 40x to 1000x. The 100x objective lens is used for oil immersion observations (an immersion oil tube is included in the kit). In addition, the high magnification objectives are retractable to protect the optics from accidental damage. The eyepieces provide 10x magnification and a wide field of view for working with large samples. All optical elements are protected with an antifungal coating.

The head consists of a binocular visual part and a vertical eye tube, where a digital camera is installed. The visual part is arranged with an inclination angle of 30°, which allows prolonged observations in a comfortable way, as it reduces the strain on the neck muscles. The 360° rotating head is useful for group research, as it avoids the inconvenience of having to move the entire microscope body so that other people can observe the same sample during a seminar or other event.

The microscope's digital camera deserves special attention. Its 5 MP sensor allows taking high quality photos and recording videos. The image captured by the objective is transmitted to an LCD screen in real time. The pre-installed software allows you to set up a camera, edit photos and video recordings, and store images for use in future work. In addition, you can also connect a headset, keyboard and mouse. External storage drives can be used. An adapter for mounting the camera on the eyetube is included in the kit.

The stage is equipped with a mechanical micrometer, which allows precise positioning of the specimens under observation. The stage is mechanical and double-layered; it can be moved along two axes. There are controls for coarse and fine sharpness adjustment.

The illumination system is located at the bottom of the microscope. It consists of a 5 W LED lamp and an Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder. The brightness of the illumination is adjustable. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply.
