It allows both brightfield and darkfield observations.
The binocular biological microscope Levenhuk 850B is ideal for biochemical, anatomical-pathological, cytological, urological, dermatological, biological and clinical investigations in general in the laboratories of any medical institution. It allows to perform observations with the brightfield method.
In addition, it is binocular and rotatable. Its rotating revolving nosepiece allows adjustment of the position of four objectives, it is inclined 30 degrees and can rotate 360 degrees on its axis. The microscope features the classic Kehler illumination system, with field diaphragm and aperture adjustments.
The focusing mechanism has integrated fine and coarse adjustment knobs. Precision focusing is achieved by vertical movement of the stage relative to the fixed objective. Focusing handles are used for this purpose. The bi-coordinated stage can be moved both vertically and horizontally. The stage dimensions are 140x155 mm. The focusing mechanism and stage move smoothly, without jerks or recoil. The increment is 25 mm for coarse focus and 0.002 mm for fine focus.
The microscope illumination system includes a 6V/20W halogen lamp with smooth brightness adjustment.

Caution: Consult the specifications table for the correct voltage and never plug a 110V device into a 220V outlet or vice versa without using an adapter. Remember that the voltage in the United States and Canada is 110V and in most European countries it is 220-240V.

Binocular biological microscope Levenhuk 850B is compatible with digital cameras Levenhuk (sold separately). The cameras Levenhuk are installed in the eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece.
The microscope comes with two additional accessories for connecting to a digital camera: an extender tube and an extender tube. We recommend using these accessories when using short focus objectives for better focus.
