The Celestron zoom eyepiece Deluxe 8-24mm (1.25" and 2") is a zoom eyepiece that offers continuous adjustment with focal lengths from 8 to 24mm. A tactile rubber ring makes adjustment movement easy and non-slip.
The eyepiece comes equipped for a 1.25" eyepiece holder and easily converts to a 2" eyepiece thanks to the standard 50.8mm barrel. The comfortable 15-20mm eye relief allows for reduced eye fatigue during longer observing sessions. The multi-coated optics provide multiple coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces for a brighter, higher contrast image. This is a good-sized eyepiece for planetary or deep sky observing.
