These binoculars feature modern roof prisms and optical elements made of very low dispersion ED glass. The external lenses are protected by several layers of coating. The optics make it possible to observe clear and detailed images at 12x magnification and to examine distant objects even in low light conditions (bad weather, cloudy day, etc.). The optical scheme uses four-element eyepieces with a diameter of 23 cm. They considerably improve image quality.
The frame of the binoculars is made of shock-resistant and temperature-resistant plastic. The Levenhuk Vegas ED 12x50 is not affected by drops from a small height or sudden changes in temperature. The non-slip surface of the binoculars provides a secure grip. Its structure is filled with nitrogen, a transparent harmless gas that prevents the lenses from fogging. The water-resistant design allows the binoculars to be used in the rain. The optics will be safe even if they are dropped in water up to 1.5 m deep for a short period of time.
You can mount the binoculars on a standard tripod.
