The mechanical micrometer Levenhuk MS3 is designed to conveniently move the slides on the stage in the X-axis (left - right displacement) and Y-axis (forward - backward). It is also used to define the coordinates of the area of the specimen to be examined. With the coordinates you can quickly return to the previously selected area. The control wheel allows coaxial control of all movements. Each axis is equipped with an auxiliary vernier for precise measurements.

The mechanical micrometer Levenhuk MS3 is a removable accessory that is installed where the clamps for holding slides are normally placed. It has pins that are inserted into the holes in the stage and secured with a screw. Installing the mechanical micrometer takes less than a minute.
