Uranus Meteo Sensor Pegasus Astro
This pocket-sized device is a complete companion for astronomers and astrophotographers.
Smaller than the size of a cigarette box and equipped with a variety of digital sensors, it can accurately report ambient temperature, humidity, pressure, cloud height, cloud cover, twilight astronomical weather and night sky brightness.
Store all sensor readings in internal memory banks. Retrieve and maintain historical records of your visited sites. A high-sensitivity digital sensor measures night sky brightness at a 30° angle. You can determine sky brightness in seconds.
The device displays three different scales on the screen (magnitudes per arcsecond², visual magnitudes, lux).
Compare the sky brightness at different sites or document the progressive light pollution in your area. The Uranus Meteo station is housed in a high-quality blue anodized aluminum housing.
Uranus Meteo Sensor Memory Banks Pegasus Astro
All sensor readings can be easily stored in the internal memory at the click of a button.
Retrieve these records from our supplied software and keep historical records of the environmental conditions of the locations you have visited.
GPS
Uranus Meteo Sensor Pegasus Astro has an internal GPS receiver capable of reporting:
Accurate GPS date and time
Latitude longitude
Speed and heading
Altitude
Helps to calculate the exact astronomical sunrise and sunset time of your location.
The device "talks" every second (configurable time interval) with a network of built-in sensors and reports all readings on the display. A highly sensitive digital sensor measures the brightness of the night sky at a 30° angle.
It can determine sky brightness in seconds. Compare the sky brightness at different locations or document the progressive light pollution in your area. A cloud sensor determines the percentage cloud cover of your night sky.
