The head has a separate lock button, friction button and pan button that allow the unit to adjust to your style of work. Most photographers like heads, especially when shooting portraits, studio work, scenic work and work that doesn't require technical precision. This head safely supports heavy cameras with long telephoto lenses, such as 70-200mm or 180 to 400mm. The head's built-in Arca-compatible universal hot shoe with safety pin provides double security in case your camera is accidentally released.
