The best in weather monitoring
WeatherLink® consists of the datalogger for storing and downloading weather data and the powerful monitoring software developed by Davis Instruments. It allows storing all the information recorded by the station in a permanent database, displaying it in real time on a computer producing detailed graphs and reports, publishing it on the Internet and exporting it to most spreadsheets.
It is highly recommended for all station users Davis Instruments, as it allows to make the most of the data collected and to obtain additional meteorological information not shown on the console, such as hot and cold degree days or details on the solar energy received, in case of having the additional solar radiation sensor.
Manual or automatic data download
The datalogger connects to the station console or Weather Envoy™ and stores data even when not connected to a computer. The archive interval can be set to 1, 5, 10, 15, 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes (up to 213 days of data depending on the interval selected). Data downloading can be done manually or the software can be set to download automatically every day at the selected times.
Share data with the world
WeatherLink® allows you to publish your weather station data on the Internet quickly and easily, using the included predefined templates or by designing a fully customized web page. It is possible to upload data and graphs with real-time values, historical values, reports and even the database of the last few days.
The published information can be shared with family, friends, weather enthusiasts or customers, as well as in the most popular weather networks, such as the Weather World 'Round of Davis Instruments, the Citizen Weather Observer Program of the National Weather Service of the United States or the GLOBE educational program, among others.
