The LUNT LS60MT/B600C is a complete 60mm diameter (unobstructed!) Solar H-alpha telescope with a focal length of 500mm. An internal Etalon filter with fine adjustment allows a wide bandwidth to be maintained throughout the observation
The new Pressure Tuner system allows the Etalon to be adjusted much better than other systems, adapting the Etalon to changing atmospheric conditions of altitude, pressure and temperature to maintain optimum telescope performance at all times.
Focusing is achieved very accurately thanks to the quality of the 2" Crayford dual-speed (and 10:1 reduction between macro and micro) focuser.
The locking filter is the B600, incorporated in the 1.25" diagonal, which also has a T2 connection for cameras.
The equipment is perfectly collimated and free of coma, astigmatism and spherical aberrations to ensure that theLS60MT/B600C solar telescope has a superb flat field.
