These are the most durable and highest quality full aperture glass solar filters we know of .The sun is seen in a natural yellowish orange image. The filter can be used for direct viewing or photography.

The sunlight does not graze the secondary or spider vanes, so there are no obstruction effects when using a reflecting telescope .This results in image quality similar to that of a refractor.
