Kepler 50 mm finder mount for Crayford refractors
Kepler offers a novel 50 mm finder mount for mounting, using a base, on SkyWatcher, Orion or Kepler refractors equipped with a Crayford type focuser.
The bracket accepts all 50 mm diameter finderscopes. Thanks to these 2 elements, it is no longer necessary to remove the finder at the end of the observation and then reassemble and adjust it. By directly removing the support and the finder, it maintains its alignment (which must be checked before each use). The assembly (support + base) is made of CNC machined aluminum. The finder adjustment screws are made of plastic, so as not to damage the finder.
Only a single screw fixes the base to your instrument (without rotation on itself) due to its radius of curvature. An aluminum screw locks the holder to the base.
