GREAT DIVERSITY THANKS TO THE DIFFERENT MODES

Only you determine what Universe2go shows and tells you. Innovative and intuitive controls allow you to choose from various menu options without ever taking your smartphone out of the star viewer. You simply control your Universe2go+ with the movement of your head. In the menu you will find the following modes:

STARTING MODE

Your first look at the sky: In this mode you just hold Universe2go+ up to the sky and you will not only see the actual starry sky. Your handheld planetarium recognizes the constellation you are currently looking at and will automatically draw the constellation lines. The name of the constellation will appear: Stay on the name for approx. 2 seconds and the audible explanation will start. You can then explore one constellation after another. Soon you will not only know where the constellations are, but you will even be able to tell your friends and family many interesting facts about each constellation.

DISCOVERY MODE

Explore the constellations even more intensely! Here you become a discoverer. Point at a star in a constellation and information such as distance and brightness will be displayed. In the case of bright stars, you can listen to the audio guide's explanations, as a star can often share many surprising facts about its life.

MYTHOLOGY MODE

The starry sky narrates the ancient legends of mankind in Greek mythology, among others. Recognize the constellations, look at ancient drawings and listen. How could Cetus, the sea monster, be defeated? Why did Cassiopeia face the wrath of the gods? Listen to heroic stories about kings, monsters or curses. And learn why they were banished to the starry sky.

DEEP-SKY MODE

Dive into the depths of the universe. Discover the nebulae where stars are born. Be amazed by star clusters, which are almost as old as the universe itself. Or leave our Milky Way and be amazed by galaxies located many millions of light years away. Be impressed by fantastic color images taken with professional telescopes, such as the well-known Hubble Space Telescope. Simply focus on the object for about 2 seconds, and the star viewer will zoom in on the object.

3d-mode

With Universe2go's new 3D mode, your feeling of space will be even more intense, as if you were traveling through the universe in a spaceship.

SEARCH

Universe2go works like a real navigation system, only for the universe. Choose the celestial object whose position you want to find and Universe2go will display arrows showing you the way to your target.

Your smartphone should always have the following sensors GPS, compass, gyroscope, accelerometer. With a sensor test app available in Appstore and Playstore you can check in advance if your smartphone has all required sensors. You can also search for the properties of your smartphone on the third-party website GSMArena.com.

Your smartphone should not exceed the maximum dimensions of 167x78x11mm. If you are not sure whether your smartphone is the right size, simply measure the length, width and thickness of your device.
