Pack Telescope Celestron CGEM II 800 SCHMIDT-CASSEGRAIN 12010 with personalized course of astrophotography
IN TELESCOPIOMANIA WE OFFER YOU NOW TOGETHER WITH YOUR TELESCOPE, OUR PERSONALIZED COURSE OF ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY INITIATION.
8" CELESTRON SCHMIDT-CASSEGRAIN OPTICAL TUBE.
The Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain 8" optical tubes are manufactured with the same standards applied to the top of the range tubes.
Each optical surface of the Celestron optical tubes is coated with the highly efficient StarBright XLT® multi-layer treatment. All tubes are equipped with the same dovetail adapter platform used in the Advanced GT and CGEM series so they are easy to fit into a variety of mounts.
The Celestron CGEM II 800 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope features StarBright XLT coated optics from Celestron and the newly redesigned CGEM II computerized mount. This is the lightest and most portable of Celestron 's CGEM II equipped SC models. This telescope is specially designed for fantastic planetary observations and also performs extraordinarily well in the deep sky. With its 8-inch aperture with premium StarBright XLT treatments, the CGEM II 800 gives you more than 800 times the light gathering power of the unaided eye.

NEW CELESTRON CGEM II MOUNT:
This great piece of equipment is a new update to the legendary CGEM mount. The CGEM II has a contemporary, attractive and bold look and is capable of supporting the high-end SCT optical tubes from Celestron (up to 11") securely and vibration-free, which is ideal for both astrophotography and visual observation. It is capable of supporting 18 kg payload and rotates at 5° per second, allowing you to smoothly and instantly target any of the celestial objects available in its database.
ITS MAIN NEW FEATURES ARE:
ERGONOMIC DESIGN:
The CGEM II has been designed to be very ergonomic, with large Altitude and Azimuth adjustment knobs for quick and easy adjustment of polar alignment. Internal RA and DEC motor wiring provides a clean appearance and easy, trouble-free setup.
INNOVATION:
The CGEM II series incorporates the innovative All-Star polar alignment procedure from Celestron. All-Star allows you to accurately polar align the mount using any star, even if you cannot see the celestial pole. Another great feature of the CGEM II offered by Telescopiomania that is sure to delight all astrophotographers is the permanent Periodic Error Correction (PEC).
OPERATION:
For objects near the meridian (imaginary line passing from north to south), the CGEM II will seamlessly track beyond the meridian for uninterrupted imaging. The CGEM II mount has a robust database with over 40,000 objects, 100 user-defined programmable objects, and enhanced and updated information on over 200 objects.
The CGEM II mount from Celestron is the intermediate step between the Advanced VX Series and the CGX Series, offering the portability of the AVX and the accuracy of the CGE.
