SKYWATCHER REFRACTOR ACHROMATIC TELESCOPE 80/400 AZ3.

The SkyWatcher 80/400 AZ3 refractor teles cope is an air-spaced, achromatic doublet with multi-coated lenses .It can provide excellent views of star fields, clusters, nebulae, galaxies, planets, the Moon and the Sun (with the appropriate filter or by projection).

It can also be used as a ground telescope either when mounted on the altazimuth mount, which is included as standard, or mounted on a photographic tripod. It is a great value for money telescope and is ideal for beginning astronomy observers or as a travel telescope as it weighs only 1.9 kg and measures 39 cm.

The included mount is altazimuthal, but it can be installed on an equatorial mount. This telescope can be used for both terrestrial and astronomical photography. Its brightness is excellent for capturing lunar and solar images, eclipse images, as well as nature photography.
