SkyWatcher 102/500 AZ Synscan GOTO Achromatic Refractor SkyWatcher Telescope Pack with personalized starter course

IN TELESCOPIOMANIA WE OFFER YOU NOW TOGETHER WITH YOUR TELESCOPE, OUR PERSONALIZED COURSE OF INITIATION OF ASTRONOMY AND USE OF YOUR GOTO TELESCOPE.

The telescoperefractorSkyWatcher 102/500 is a doublet achromatic, air-spaced, multi-coated lens.It can provide excellent views of star fields, clusters, nebulae, galaxies, planets, the Moon and the Sun (with the appropriate filter or by projection).

It can also be used as a spotting scope either when mounted on the altazimuth mount, which is included as standard, or mounted on a photographic tripod. It is a telescope that is great value for money and is ideal for beginning astronomy observers or as a travel telescope as it weighs only 2.5 kg and measures 50 cm.

The included mount is altazimuthal, but the tube can be installed on an equatorial mount. This telescope can be used for both terrestrial and astronomical photography. Its brightness is excellent for capturing lunar and solar images, eclipse images, as well as nature photography.

The focuser includes a thread to install a T-mount.

The SKYWATCHER telescopes of the AZGT (GOTO) series are equipped with a single-arm altazimuth mount and a dual motor system installed on both axes that can be controlled via the SynScan AZ control knob. In this way, you can locate an object or perform a night tour by simply pressing a button.

As it is an altazimuth mount it can be used for both astronomical and terrestrial observation. Thanks to its ease of use it is an ideal type of telescope for beginners.

With an intuitive menu, the SynScan AZ control unit offers a total of more than 42,900 objects stored in memory so that we can perform the GOTO at will. The tube is attached to the mount using the traditional dovetail system.

The telescope is supplied with the AZ 114 GT mount, whose technical characteristics are detailed below.
