FEATURES

• Baader-FlipMirror II Star Diagonal (BFM II) with three ports:
• Direct (S52, M48 and T-2 on both sides) for full frame camera, spectrograph or other instruments
• Adjustable T-2 thread on top for eyepiece clamps, video modules (image circle up to 32 mm) or even a binocular viewfinder
• Bottom flange for optional Off Axis Guider for Baader FlipMirror II (BFM-OAG) (# 2956951) or for an optional calibration lamp for quick calibration of spectra without removing the spectrograph
• Precisely surfaced flip mirror with multilayer lA coating for high-resolution imaging with small pixel cameras
• The back of the folding mirror is also lA coated and masked to direct light from an optional calibration lamp onto the slit of a spectrograph.
• Allows precise adjustment of all light paths.
• Shortest possible overall length for any application: compatible with a large number of adapters of the Baader Astro T-2 system, the M48 system and the UFC (Universal Filter Changer) system
• M48 swivel connection rings made of hardened stainless steel at the front and rear, clearance-free, adapted to the BFM housing. Can be fixed in the optimum position for rotating any accessory around the optical axis.
• Prepared for optional toothed belt for motorization (e.g. with Steeldrive II motorized focuser with controller (# 2957165) - basic requirement for imaging, guiding and spectroscopy in remote observatories)
