Newton Reflector astronomical telescope Skywatcher 130/900mm EQ-2.
This classic Newton telescope with parabolic primary mirror provides a diameter of 130mm in a particularly compact and high contrast design, thanks to a focal length of 900mm atypical for a newton reflector telescope of 130mm diameter. It is therefore an ideal telescope for beginners, very handy, easy to carry and requires no special knowledge to use. With this telescope you will be able to see the rings of Saturn and the cloud bands and satellites of Jupiter capturing all the splendor of this small planetary system. You can also easily observe the brightest nebulae and star-forming regions such as the Orion nebula... Its light gathering power is 30% higher than that of equivalent telescopes with a diameter of 114mm.
Apart from the optical tube which is supplied with a 6x24 optical finder, the equipment is complemented by a hand-held German equatorial mount, the EQ-2. The EQ-2 mount is one of the smallest manufactured in this German equatorial format and gives the set a robustness that makes observing very comfortable with the Newton Skywatcher 130/900mm.
