With this extension column for HEQ5 / EQ5 mounts the tripod is extended by 41 cm to facilitate the use of instruments that due to their length tend to trip over tripods when, for example, observing objects close to the zenith.

The extension is compatible with any type of HEQ5, EQ5, EQM-35 mount.
