XCAMLITE4K Cameras

The XCAMLITE4K series cameras are the new generation of live image systems with 4K (video) resolution at 30 FPS. They incorporate a Sony Exmor CMOS sensor with high sensitivity, low dark current and no speckle due to the adoption of R, G and B primary color mosaic filters. The cameras are suitable for medical examinations as well as for teaching (online teaching, demonstration, academic exchange) or industrial purposes.

A standard C-mount interface ensures maximum compatibility with various microscope systems. The cameras can be used as a stand-alone system without PC in conjunction with an HDMI monitor or TV (stand-alone system) or transmitted live to a PC via USB for image and video recording.

Compatibility leaves nothing to be desired. The camera can be used with Windows, Linux, macOS, as well as on mobile devices with iOS and Android. In addition, it supports C/C++, C#VB.Net, Python, Java, DirectShow, Twain, etc. for individualization and adjustment for reproducible measurement results.

The 8MPA/B can be connected to a display either via the HDMI connection for use as a stand-alone system. A PC is not required. The mouse is connected directly to the camera. In sample image 1 you can see what the user interface of the standalone software looks like.

The second connection option is USB. In this case, the camera is connected to a computer via USB and can be operated via the ToupView software. This user interface can be seen in example image 2.
