Digital encoder with push button

The rotary knob simulates the knob of your focuser. Turn the digital knob and focus easily. Accuracy is achieved by pressing the inner button. Speed is reduced to 1:10 just like the fine focus knob on your focuser! Press it again to switch to coarse focus.

IN and OUT focus buttons

Two additional ">" buttons allow you to move the focuser IN or OUT according to the exact preset step count you have set in the EZY menu Focus. Each time the button is pressed, an audible beep confirms the movement of the motor.

Can operate simultaneously with the PC motor

Simply plug the handheld controller into the EXT port of the Ultimate Powerbox v2 or Prodigy Microfocuser and enjoy vibration-free manual focus precision. There is no need to remove the handheld controller when using the PC to control the motor. Both can work in parallel and synchronize the motor position on screen.

Organic LED display with red film

The device uses a 1.3-inch, 128 x 64 pixel organic LED display (red film). It will ensure that your night vision is not affected.

Temperature and humidity sensor

The EZY Focus incorporates a highly accurate temperature and relative humidity sensor. The Ultimate Powerbox v2 automatically uses this sensor by discarding the original UPBv2 sensor.

The EZY Focus and sensor are discovered in the Ultimate Powerbox v2 software and displays readings just like its original sensor.

Adjustable bright red LED light

On the front of the device is a large red LED that allows the "EZY Focus Hand Controller" to be used as a red astronomical map light. The brightness of the LED can be set from the device menu.
