The 52mm Super ED guide scope includes 1 piece of SD glass for better control of chromatic aberration, more accurate guiding and improved image quality. At the same time, this telescope offers users more ways to use it.

The 52mm SD refractor is lightweight, compact and stable. The aperture is 52 mm, the focal length is 249 mm and the focal ratio is F/4.8. The eyepiece holder has a stroke of 25 mm and weighs only 740 g.

The aperture ratio of the 52 mm SD refractor is 164% larger than that of the 32 mm refractor, and in increasing light the limiting magnitude can reach 10.4.

The 52 mm SD guide telescope has a dual objective design, consisting of 1 piece of SD glass, which offers more precise guiding.

In addition to guiding, the refractor can also be used for visual observation and astrophotography.

The 52mm SD telescope is supplied with a 1.25" adapter, an M42 threaded adapter and two 40mm extension tubes.

The extension tubes and adapter are detachable to suit different usage requirements.

When using the viewfinder with cameras, the position of the CMOS relative to the focal plane varies depending on the type of camera attached. For precise guiding with a guiding camera, the 1.25" rear adapter can be attached directly. For planetary cameras or DSO cameras, the M42 threaded adapter can be used for mounting.

For visual observation, the extension tube can be removed and the 1.25" adapter attached to use an angled eyepiece and the corresponding size eyepiece.

The 52mm SD guide scope is designed with an adjustable XY axis, allowing the guide scope to be adjusted to be coaxial with the telescope, improving guiding accuracy.

To improve user experience, the integrated helical focusing design is adopted for smooth operation and the travel length is 25 mm. Users can directly rotate the eyepiece holder manually to adjust it.

The 52mm SD refractor base is suitable for universal finder slots and also has a 1/4 threaded hole and M4 threaded hole on the base for easy attachment.

The 52mm SD steady rest is delicate and is manufactured by high quality CNC machining, with an anodized treatment. Here you have black and silver versions to choose from. The black has a quiet tone and the silver looks more technical. The advanced manufacturing process gives them a textured feel, giving consumers more options.
