AVALON T-Pod 90 Tripod in red

Description

This tripod, made entirely of anodized aluminum with stainless steel hardware, is lightweight and very stable, making it the ideal companion for roving observers and astrophotographers.

Although the T-pod 90 weighs only 10 pounds (4.5 kg), folds to a tiny 22 inches (55 cm) and extends to a maximum height of 35 inches (90 cm), its load capacity is approximately 132 pounds (60 kg).

EASY TO OPEN, EASY TO CARRY

The integrated opening system makes it quick and easy to open the tripod with no loose parts, while the included double leg locks and spirit level make it easy to level the tripod and securely lock it in place. The base of the legs can be fitted with stakes for soft ground or rubber spikes for hard surfaces. The T-Pod 90 is also very easy to carry thanks to a simple and comfortable handle. The T-90, T-110 and T-130 tripods continue Avalon's tradition of cutting-edge design and maximum performance in portable observing and astrophotography systems.

Originally designed for the M-Zero mount, the T-Pod 90 is also compatible with the Linear mount, SkyWatcher/Orion EQ-5/HEQ5/Sirius, Celestron CG-5/AVX, Vixen GP/GPD2 and others. Compatibility will be native or through the use of an available adapter.
