ASKAR 2" Star Diagonal Mirror for refractors, Maksutovs and SC telescopes

The star diagonal mirror has a very high quality finish, already at first glance this star diagonal mirror distinguishes itself from simple mirrors. However, only use on the telescope will show how well the actual mirror, which is installed in the CNC housing, works.

The mirror is precision machined and has a surface quality better than 1/8 wavelength. To ensure maximum brightness, the mirror has a 99% dielectric coating. This means that almost 100% of the light reaches the observer's eye. A protective quartz coating ensures the durability of the mirror.

A 2" to 1.25" reducer adapter is included in the scope of delivery, allowing the use of 2" and 1.25" eyepieces or adapters. The star diagonal is suitable for telescopes and focusers with 2" female connector. An SCT adapter is also included, making the star diagonal suitable for telescopes such as Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrains.
