The unique features and optical configuration of the Natura BGA WP DC 8x42 monocular offer Coast Guard, surveyors and marine observers the ability to locate, observe and record a distance/range to objects on land and sea.
Featuring a 7.4° wide field eyepiece with long eye relief for easy tracking and spotting, the ED glass objective, PC Oasis prism unit and multiple high light transmission coatings maximize the ability to see detail in low light.
The mil-scale reticle projected on the eyepiece allows you to measure the distance to an object if the height is known and its height and width if the distance is known. The 360° floating compass allows you to take a bearing of +/- 20° to the horizontal.
Fully rubber armored and nitrogen-tight, the roof prism design minimizes size and weight, allowing one-handed operation in most situations. For stable hands-free observation, the monocular can be screwed directly to any tripod or monopod with a compatible ¼" thread.
