A filter for Venus

Player One's E series is an improvement of S series, which uses high quality optical glass substrate and multilayer composite coating technology, producing a higher standard than S series, optimized for CMOS/CCD camera, can provide very good results in astrophotography.

UVenus 1.25″ UV-PASS filter (designed for photographing Venus).

The UVenus filter is an ultraviolet filter, which only allows 320nm to 380nm of ultraviolet light to pass through, it can be used to photograph Venus clouds.

why use a UVenus filter?

As we know, Venus has a very dense atmosphere and clouds have a very high reflection in the ultraviolet. The use of a UVenus filter will enhance the details of Venus. Our UVenus filter has a maximum transmission of 75% and an out-of-band blocking OD5.0, so it will greatly improve the image detail.

UVenus filter uses colored optical glass and over 100 multi-coating processes, to ensure the highest filter quality.

The multi-coated colored optical glass gives this filter a beautiful color on both sides.
