The Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station is a research-grade weather station that provides professional-grade data for weather enthusiasts, agriculture, researchers, producers and weather professionals. It reports real-time wind speeds up to 200 mph, temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, precipitation and other information such as heat index, dew point, highs and lows, solar and UV radiation sensors and much more. You also have the option to install fan-induced radiation protection (optionally available). Vantage Pro2 sensors are NIST traceable and suitable for professional weather data reporting.
The bright HD touchscreen display allows you to easily navigate and analyze your hyper-local weather data or view the latest weather conditions from anywhere in space. The dynamic dashboard can be customized to display up to 21 parameters at a glance, from temperature to wind and rain. You can set up tons of alerts to receive notifications when conditions important to you change, such as when temperatures approach freezing or when wind speeds reach a certain level. With a full database of historical data stored directly in the console, the console provides easy access to data graphs for the last 24 hours, the last month or the last year.

The Davis Vantage Pro 2 Plus has UV index and UV dose, solar radiation intensity and evapotranspiration as additional equipment. The UV and solar radiation sensors are integrated with a special holder in the outdoor unit. This makes it a comprehensive measuring station, especially for solar system owners, commercial agriculture operators and traders who need data on solar activity.
Integrated sensor unit ISS.
The integrated sensor unit ISS already contains all important sensors in the basic version. These are the rain gauge, anemometer, hygrometer and temperature indicator. The outdoor unit is also equipped with a protective housing for the temperature measuring device and the hygrometer. The device is powered by a solar panel and can therefore be used completely independently. The power consumption is so low that one hour of sunlight per day is sufficient to ensure reliable operation of the ISS. At night, the battery charged during the day is sufficient. The anemometer has an ingenious bracket and an additional 12-meter cable so that it can be hung directly in the wind with little effort.
