XF Series
Designed for use with the PENTAX PF-65EDII and PF-65EDAII spotting scopes, the PENTAX XF8.5, XF12 and XF 6.5mm to 19.5mm smc zoom eyepiece features multi-coated optical elements, a US standard 31.7mm (1.25-inch) sleeve and focal lengths ideal for birding and outdoor birding.
The XF8.5 and XF12 are standard unifocal eyepieces, offering 8.5 mm and 12 mm focal lengths and 46x and 32.5x magnification, respectively, with a 60-degree apparent field of view and 18 mm long eye relief. They also feature an extendable eyepiece ring with four click-stop positions.
The 6.5 mm to 19.5 mm XF zoom eyepiece features a focal length range of 6.5 mm to 19.5 mm for 20 to 60 times magnification, with an apparent field of view of 42 to 60 degrees and 11 mm to 15 mm eye relief. It also offers an easy-to-use rubber eyecup that never gets too cold to the touch and minimizes the risk of scratching the observer's glasses.
These eyepieces also come with a filter mounting screw and adapter mounting screw.
