The new Sky-Watcher Star Aventurer Mini-Wi-Fi mount is a compact, high-precision tracking platform for your camera. It is ideal for long exposure astrophotography as well as time lapse photography in both day and night settings.

With its small size, the Star Adventurer Mini fits easily into your backpack or camera bag, making it an indispensable travel companion that can venture with you everywhere, no matter how remote your destination.

Thus, it is a highly accurate, easy to carry and stable star-tracking platform and allows guiding in Sidereal, Solar and Lunar speeds with automatic DSLR camera shutter control. What's more, it contains pre-programmed parameters that help you create your Time-Lapse videos with your camera.

The mount has built-in WiFi and with the free Star Adventurer Mini control app for Android and iOS platforms, you can control it remotely with your smartphone. The mount is very easy to set up and operate in all modes.

Although it is capable of supporting larger camera lenses, this smaller model is especially recommended and very simple to use for wide-field astrophotography with a standard 55mm or shorter focal length lens, as only a simple polar alignment is required, making it ideal for all types of photographers unfamiliar with astronomy.

The Star Adventurer Mini Wi-Fi mount offered by Telescopiomania can be attached to any standard tripod via its 1/4" or 3/8" adapters. Latitude can be easily adjusted by adjusting the tilt of the tripod head to match your latitude, or more precisely by using the equatorial wedge. Mounting a camera on the Star Adventurer can be done using a ball tripod head, or the dovetail L-bracket. The dovetail L-bracket can be used in conjunction with the optional counterweight.
