Like its direct predecessor, the CEM25P, the new CEM25P is aCEM26Is designed for ease of use and portability.

The key to this optimized relationship is the EMF design (Center-Balanced Equatorial MountOr equatorial mount balanced in the center). This design, developed by iOptron, directs the weight of the mount and payload directly to the center of the tripod to create a natural center of gravity.

Based on the experience of creating the previous EMF models, additional features have been added to the newCEM26To ensure maximum comfort during use.

It now includes aintegrated wifi system, as well as aperiodic error correction (periodic error correction, or PEC)Permanent.

In terms of functionality, the CEM26 offers aprecise approach and very accurate trackingOf the selected objects.

TheCEM26Sets a new standard for compact, mid-size equatorial GoTo mounts.

The center-balanced mount design places the payload weight in the central area, allowing for greater natural stability. This is also a great advantage for astronomical photography.

Another feature of the CEM26 is alength-adjustable counterweight barTo avoid hitting the tripod legs when used very close to the horizon.

Now the alignment with the Polar is quick and can be done in any position, since theintegrated Polar search engineIs no longer blocked by the declination axis (as was the case, for example, with CEM25).

It is equipped with the latestgo2Nova® technology, this makes it one of the most powerful and accurate GoTo mounts available on the market today. Operation of the Go2Nova® control unit is intuitive and the large four-line LCD display makes it easy to locate objects, even in complete darkness.

The GoTo software database contains more than 212,000 objects.

The frame has an integrated electronic Polar finderIPolar. This finder ensures precise alignment of the system with the Polar, even when it is obscured.
