More advantages of this mount:
- Thepolar electronic search engineIntegrated iPolar makes perfect northward alignment of the mount child's play, even when the Polar is obscured! Note: to use the iPolar you need toa laptop or PC.
- Thelarge leversMake it possible to position the gears to move the shafts easily even when wearing gloves.
- Theinternal cable managementPrevents tangling and breakage.
- The new supportUniversal Self-Centering SaddleIs compatible with prism rails type Losmandy y Vixen and provides precise alignment of the optics.
- TheCNC machined housingNot only looks stylish, but is also durable.
ThegoTo computer controlIncludes the moderngo2Nova 8407+ controller, the database contains a database database, which incorporates a heater to prevent its large display from fogging up. The database containsmore than 212,000 objects. In addition, the controller is equipped with a32-channel GPS, the mount has an ST-4 port for automatic guiding, so you don't even need to enter the date, location and time. Of course, the mount has an ST-4 port for automatic guiding.
The CEM is special because of its design, but also because of itssilent driveWith stepper motors. This system, ideal for balcony observatories, consumes relatively little power.
The CEM40 is a very versatile and advanced mount.
With or without encoder: The mount is available in two versions, both with precise tracking of its optics in the night sky. The version with high-resolution encoders (EC) on both axes allows an accuracy of less than 0.25 angular seconds and corrects the periodic worm error in real time. This eliminates the need for guidance in astronomical photography.
The tripodLiteRocis a recent development of iOptron. It is as light as possible but with the necessary stability. It is therefore very well suited to transportable mounts for observers and astrophotographers' outings.
Compared to the previous version, the LiteRoc tripod has a more stable support for the extendable legs and larger clamping levers. The upper part of the tripod legs has a diameter of 45 mm (1.75") and the lower section of 38 mm (1.5"). This makes the extendable legs as strong as the previous 2" tripod legs. Thanks to a narrower top design, the LiteRoc is lighter.
