SkyWatcher Coma corrector for Newton f/4 telescopes.
One of the drawbacks of Newton design optical tubes is an aberration called coma. Stars at the edge of the field of view are not point-like.
To solve this problem, this corrector, optimized for Newton f/4 designs, will allow you to obtain spot images of stars over the entire field of view. The corrector is composed of a 4-element optical group with an ED FPL51 glass element.
It delivers impressive wide field images with perfectly sharp stars from the center to the peripheral areas of the field of view. The magnification remains unchanged.
For photography, a wide-field M48 T-ring attached to the instrument must be used. T-rings are available for Canon EOS, Nikon and Sony.
Backfocus: 55 mm
