Oxygen III filter from Baader Planetarium for visual observation and photography of oxygen III emission nebulae.
This filter has a bandpass of 10 nm. An 8 nm OII filter is also available for use in CCD imaging with a narrower bandpass for better image enhancement.
It is mounted on a low profile barrel so it can be adapted to filter wheels without its height preventing the wheel cover from closing, with M48 threads on both sides for mounting on Ø 50.8 mm accessories.
Ultra-hard and bright O-III visual contrast for 6" and larger telescopes.
No visual color fringing, only pure O-III.
Sealed coating edges that will not age.
