The extreme narrow band nebula filter passes O-III and H-alpha and provides extreme contrast due to its narrow bandwidth.

The NBZ filter is a dual line pass filter that can be used with single-shot color cameras (DSLRs, system cameras, color astronomy cameras) and monochrome cameras.
The NBZ filter passes the red H-alpha line and blue-green lines [O III] and increases contrast . Itobtains narrow band images with only one exposure series.
The special feature of the NBZ nebula filter is that it is also suitable for very fast optics from f/1.4 and up .Other narrow band filters cut too much .So instead of 90%, there can only be 30-40% transmission / light transmission. The nebula is barely visible. Not so with the NBZ, even at f/1.4 you still have more than 90%. This makes the filter ideal for fast camera lenses at maximum aperture, Celestron RASA, Starizona Hyperstar and of course for very fast apos.
