XF Series

• Designed for use with the PENTAX PF-65EDII and PF-65EDAII spotting scopes, the PENTAX XF8.5, XF12 and XF 6.5mm to 19.5mm smc zoom eyepiece features multi-coated optical elements, a US standard 31.7mm (1.25-inch) sleeve and focal lengths ideal for birding and outdoor birding.
• The XF8.5 and XF12 are standard unifocal eyepieces, offering 8.5 mm and 12 mm focal lengths and 46x and 32.5x magnification, respectively, with a 60-degree apparent field of view and 18 mm long eye relief. They also feature an extendable eyepiece ring with four click-stop positions.
• The 6.5 mm to 19.5 mm XF zoom eyepiece features a focal length range of 6.5 mm to 19.5 mm for 20- to 60-fold magnification, with a 42- to 60-degree apparent field of view and 11 mm to 15 mm eye relief. It also offers an easy-to-use rubber eyecup that never gets too cold to the touch and minimizes the risk of scratching the viewer's eyewear.
• These eyepieces also come with a filter mounting screw and adapter mounting screw.

• Up to 8 lens elements in 4 groups. Fully blacked out on the inside to minimize internal reflections.
• ED glass elements including lanthanum glass to minimize chromatic aberration and maximize balanced transmission
• Additional lens elements to reduce spherical aberration of the human eye (the so-called "blackout" effect)
• Maximum ease of use and viewing comfort with an apparent viewing angle of 70°
• Eye relief in a comfortable 20 mm, also spectacle wearers can have a comfortable view
