The short mounting plate is particularly suitable for constructing double connections. Thanks to the flat bearing surface and countersunk holes, the clamp can be easily attached to dovetail rods.

A secure and precise attachment for your telescope or accessories
With the TSPKL8, you can attach even heavy accessories parallel to the main telescope. For example, the short mounting plate of only 80 mm fits on the same dovetail bar with which the telescope is attached to the mount and, for example, you can adapt a ball head to the mounting plate and use telephoto lenses parallel to the telescope.

Despite the strong clamping, unsightly dents are avoided
Two generously dimensioned areas press the dovetail bar against the other side of the mounting plate. The pressure is not concentrated at one point, but over a larger area of 29 mm width. This has a positive effect on the load-bearing capacity. In addition, unsightly pressure marks are avoided.

Extremely versatile thanks to 7 countersunk holes
Through 7 countersunk holes, the seat plate is very versatile. You can attach this clamp to your mount, thus equipping it with a level quick coupler Losmandy. Or you can attach tube rings or a camera mount to the base of the plate, allowing the use of heavy accessories parallel to your telescope.
