TS CF-APO 70/420 mm FPL55 Triplet Apochromatic
The 70 mm apo has pure color and bright light, and is equally suitable for visual observation and astrophotography. Thanks to the FPL55 APO element (comparable to FPL53), the image is first-class and, in practice, indistinguishable from Russia's world-famous LZOS lenses.

The smallest apo in the TSCF series convinces with features normally only expected in larger apos. The image is color-free and puts even the most expensive telephoto lenses in the shade, with the right correctors. But also the mechanics and focuser meet the highest demands. The small apo is suitable for small tracking stands, such as the SkyGuider from iOptron, the EQ3 or also for good photographic tripods.

The 70 mm apo lens:
The triplet lens with a 70 mm aperture and a focal length of 420 mm meets the criteria of a full apo. Even at magnifications of 220x, the image is free of annoying chromatic aberrations. Even bright stars show up in astrophotographs without disturbing blue fringes.

The APO element consists of FPL55. Another special glass supports chromatic correction. The triplet lens with air gap is fully adjustable. Each air-glass optical surface is multi-coated. The lens is in an adjustable cell with temperature compensation.
