The 102 mm pure color apochromatic is equally suitable for visual observation and astrophotography. Thanks to the FPL55 APO element, the images are first-class and, in practice, indistinguishable from Russia's world-famous LZOS lenses.

The apo is easily transportable and is well supported by dovetails of the EQ5 class or Losmandy GM-8. That is, the tube is supplied with dovetail type Vixen.

The 102 mm apo objective:
The triplet objective with an aperture of 102 mm and a focal length of 714 mm meets the criteria of a full apo. Even at magnifications of around 300x, the image is free of distracting chromatic aberrations. Even bright stars show up in astrophotographs without disturbing blue fringes.

The APO element consists of FPL55, which is comparable to the well-known FPL53. Another special glass supports the chromatic correction. The triplet lens with air gap is fully adjustable. Each optical glass air surface is multi-coated. The lens is in an adjustable cell with temperature compensation.
