Apochromatic Refractor Optical Tube Vixen SD103S

A new apochromatic refractor with high-performance Super-ED (= SD) glass. The FPL53 glass reproduces an extremely clear and sharp image thanks to an exceptionally high degree of elimination of residual chromatic aberrations. The advantage of these SD refractors is their short length and low weight. The SD glass is designed so that all violet, red, blue, yellow and green beams are joined very precisely in the same plane. The special lens material reduces chromatic aberration in all colors. In combination with the new optional SD Reducer HD or SD Flattener HD kit, these refractors enable illumination with a 44 mm image circle for full-frame SLR cameras.
