The CapillaryScope 200 Pro (MEDL4N Pro) from Dino-Lite is designed to observe the microcirculation (microcapillary function) of blood vessels under the fingernails. With this compact, versatile and digital CapillaryScope 200 Pro device, it is easy to capture and store capillaroscopy images of the nail fold at a magnification rate of up to 200x.

CapillaryScope 200 Pro uses highly developed, state-of-the-art optics, offering extremely high quality images and color reproduction in a rugged, compact housing. The device is suitable for intensive daily use. CapillaryScope 200 Pro has a lower magnification capability than CapillaryScope 500 Pro, the maximum magnification is 200x, but, thanks to its wider field of view (FOV), it is possible to see a larger number of capillaries in one image. The built-in interchangeable polarizer makes it even easier to obtain glare-free images, especially when working with contact oil or water at the edge of the nail.

CapillaryScope 200 Pro is certified according to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, amendment 2007/47/EC. All necessary software is included with the product, so you can easily set it up and start working immediately.

Capillaroscopy is the examination of the capillaries (tiny blood vessels) in the skin surrounding the nail tips. The CapillaryScope capillary microscope from Dino-Lite can show capillaries at high magnification, as well as capillary shrinkage, capillary nodule formation and bleeding. With this information, physicians can diagnose the condition of blood vessels in the rest of the body. Capillaroscopy of the cuticle can demonstrate, for example, scleroderma or dermatomyositis.

The CapillaryScope from Dino-Lite has been specially designed for cuticle capillaroscopy. Images can be captured as still photos or videos. The resolution of 1.3 megapixels and magnifications of up to approximately 200x ensure sharp images. Digital images can be saved on any digital media.
