for what reasons can I return or exchange an item?

In the event that you are not satisfied with any of the items purchased, you can return the item and get a refund of the price of the item within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that the item is in our warehouse in that period.

Our return policy is very flexible and we have no objection to receive returned items for a refund or exchange, without any explanation, we only ask that the items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, must be returned in its original box / packaging, can not have been used and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and an email from us where we authorize you to make this shipment.

Usually the packages arrive at our warehouse within a few days, once received we will send you an email informing you of receipt and verification of the goods and proceed to refund within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt.

Once we receive the returned item we will proceed to check the condition of the item and if everything is in accordance we will proceed to refund the amount paid by the same method of payment that you made. how should I send the item I want to return?

The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, keeping in perfect condition the original packaging and labeling. The shipment must be made using the same box or protective bag in which you received it for the protection of the item. Please use an appropriate plastic bag as packaging to protect it from humidity or dirt. Make sure that the package has been properly closed and can not deteriorate in transit.
In the shipment you must include a copy of the invoice and warranty certificate (if any) inside the package, where the returned items and the reason for return are marked.
Once we receive the goods we will reply as soon as possible with the fastest possible resolution. We will not be able to accept returns that are not properly protected.

how long will it take for my return to arrive?
