Below is a compilation of the most frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers.

1.- AT THE TIME OF ORDERING

Is it safe to place an order at www.aventuramania.com or www.telescopiomania.com ?

All purchases you make on our website are 100% insured. Mania Online, S.L. dedicates the maximum attention in security systems in the payment through Internet. All bank details you provide us are protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology on the market, ensuring total privacy in the purchases you make.

Your bank details will be sent to our server in encrypted form through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transmitted in a totally secure environment to our bank. Mania Online, S.L. does not record this data at any time.

If you make the payment through our Secured by Visa or Mastercard Secure system, our system will ask you at the time of purchase some secret codes that only you know, these codes are provided by your bank, to ensure that the identity of the person making the purchase is you.

How to find a product

One of our main obsessions is to facilitate navigation on our website and we offer you different ways to find a product:

- Through the interactive search engine you can enter all the words that identify the product you are looking for, the search engine will suggest the products that match your search, by clicking on the desired product you will be able to see the details of it.

- By selecting the brand you are interested in, the system will display the different categories containing products and by selecting the category you will be able to locate all those products included in the brand.

Place an order

Once you have selected the item you are interested in, click on the item's "buy" button to add it to your shopping cart. Once you are on the shopping cart page, you will see a list of the items you have added. You can make any changes you wish at any time, such as changing the quantity of an item, or removing an item from the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the "continue shopping" button.

Once you have finished selecting the items you are interested in, you can click on "Finalize the order", then select the mode of transport you are interested in, at this point you will be able to see the total cost of the order.

In case you are a new customer, you must fill in the Personal Data Form that appears in the purchase process with your name, surname, e-mail address, address, city, postal code, province and a contact telephone number. The country is automatically detected by our IP address locator service to avoid possible errors in the selection of the country of shipment of the order. Please make sure that the shipping country is correct.

Can I see which items I have selected?

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the "view my cart" button located at the top-right of the screen. You can easily change the quantity of items, add new items or delete a particular item by clicking on the "delete" button.

Can I change the selected items?

To add a new item to the shopping cart, enter the quantity you want and then click on the "buy" button. If you wish to change the quantity of any item in the shopping cart, change the number in the "quantity" box. You will see the price of the item change proportionally. You can also remove any selected item by clicking the "Remove" button

Can I continue to purchase on an existing order?

The shopping cart reminds you of the items you have chosen. You can search for any other item without losing the items in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button.

Can I remove items from the shopping cart?

If you select the "view my cart" button located at the top-right of the screen, it will allow you to view all the items you have chosen and the quantities selected for each item. Once you have identified the item you wish to delete, click on the "delete" button located on the left side of the item description and you will see it disappear from the list.

Can I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?

If you select the "view my basket" button located at the top-right of the screen, it will allow you to view all the items you have selected and the quantities. To change the quantity of a particular item, change the quantity shown in the "quantity" box and choose the quantity you want. Once you have made the change, the total price of the order will be updated.

Can I check that the order has been placed correctly?

Once the purchase process is completed, an order confirmation will appear on the screen with all the details of the purchase you have provided, keep this confirmation as proof of purchase.

You will also receive an order confirmation by email which will be the proof that we have received your order (please make sure you have entered your email address correctly so that we can send you the order confirmation).

Can you deliver to an address other than the billing address?

Indeed, you only have to select the desired address at the time of placing the order with the exception that we can only change the shipping information if the order has not left our warehouse. In these cases please send us an email or call our Customer Service to change your details as soon as possible.

Do you need my email address to place an order?

When you make a purchase on our website for the first time an email is required. This way we can send you the order confirmation and keep you informed about the shipment or any incidence in the purchase.

We will also send you by e-mail news and offers, as well as payment confirmations or any question related to the order.

Can I know if an item is in stock?

All items on our website are in stock. If this is not the case, the estimated availability will be informed on the item's data sheet of how long it will take for the item to arrive at our warehouses.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Of course you WILL receive an order confirmation email once you have completed the purchase process.

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped by our logistics department, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

2.- SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER

When will you ship my order?

Once we have received the confirmation of payment in any of the valid means on our website and made the appropriate security checks, we will proceed to ship your order according to the chosen method.

You can check in our Payment Methods section (link), the different methods of payment accepted.

If any of the items you have chosen cannot be shipped for any reason and we have received your payment, we will offer you a similar alternative or we will refund the amount of the unavailable item.

Can I change my shipping information after I have placed my order?

Changes to the delivery address can be made before the order is shipped, in case the order has already been shipped it will be impossible to change it.

What happens if there is no one at the delivery address?

If you are not at home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a notice for you to contact him to arrange another delivery time or to pick up the order at the courier office closest to your home.

Can I check the status of my order?

Once the order has been prepared for shipment and has left our warehouse we will send you an email informing you of the departure of the package, we will include a link to the courier service. From there you will be able to track the shipment.

You will also be able to access "My account" and access the "Track my order" section.

When will I receive my order?

All the shipments we make are made by URGENT courier companies being the usual delivery time between 1 and 3 working days after confirmation of payment. When the order is placed, you can select the shipping method where the specific delivery time is indicated.

If payment is made before 13:00h, we will be able to process the order on the same day with the possibility of receiving it the next working day.

To which countries do you ship?

We can ship to any country in the world by selecting from the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.

How can I locate my order?

At any time, you can view the shipping process by clicking on the "order tracking" button at the top right of your screen.

If within 10 working days or more after payment you have not received your order, please contact us as there is probably an incident in the shipment (please provide us with your name, email, order number and telephone number) and we will resolve the incident as soon as possible.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Once the items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an email to inform you that the order has been shipped and we will include a link to the courier service so you can track the shipping status of the package.

The order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the country of shipment and shipping method. Occasionally, there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control.

How can I know the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be added to the amount of the selected items. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination country where the package is to be shipped and the physical weight or volume of the package. In many cases, shipping costs are not greatly increased when adding more than one item to the shopping cart. The price range for shipping is between €4.99 and €60.

How will my package be shipped?

Before finalizing the order you will be able to select several options that we recommend:

Deliveries in Spain MRW land transport with a guaranteed delivery time in 24 working hours from Monday to Friday from the departure of our warehouses.

For the European Union you can choose from the following options:

DHL AIR Express Air FreightGuaranteed delivery in 2 working days from Monday to Friday from the departure from our warehouse.

Any shipping method selected cannot be changed.

What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?

In case you are not at the delivery address indicated our carrier will repeat the delivery up to two times, they will leave a notice to coordinate the delivery, the courier can not leave the package to someone else in your care or in a safe place, in the event that no one can receive the package at the address indicated, please tell us the work address or that of a friend / family member.

What happens when my order is undeliverable?

It is possible that we have the package returned to our warehouse, in this case, we will contact you to know if you wish to receive it at another address or proceed with the return.

For what reasons can my package be returned?

There are several common reasons:

The address is incorrect.

No one has been able to pick up the package during the 1 week period.

The package has been rejected by the customer.

Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?

It is possible to send a package to an address other than the billing address. However, for shipments outside the EU and for customs formalities, the order must be placed with the same name, same address of the recipient and the currency of the destination country.

All data required during the purchase process must be filled in with the recipient's data.

Is it possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped?

Once the order has been shipped there is no possibility to cancel it, our transport companies pick up the goods every day at 14:00h (Spanish time). If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped we will refund the money including shipping costs.

We ask you to contact us the same day you place the order, in case you wish to cancel the order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Military areas and hotels?

We regret that we are unable to ship to this type of facility as our carrier only accepts a physical address and a telephone number to contact the recipient. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.

What happens if there is an item in my order that is not in stock?

At the time of placing the order, in the product sheet, we indicate whether the item is available for immediate shipment or if it has an approximate date of availability. Once all the available products are in our warehouse we will send the complete order.

3.- Guarantees on your purchase

For what reasons can I return or exchange an item?

In the event that you are not satisfied with any of the items purchased, you may return the item to us and obtain a refund of the price of the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Our return policy is very flexible and we are happy to receive returned items for a refund or exchange, without any explanation, we only ask that items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. They must be returned in their original box/packaging, must not have been used and must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange Form.
Mania Online, S.L. reserves the right NOT to accept any exchange and/or refund in the event that the requirements are not met.

Are there any items that I cannot return?

It is not possible to return or exchange an item purchased during a flash sale or special promotion unless the product is damaged in transit or the product is defective in origin.

What happens if the size chosen is not correct?

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return the item to us and obtain a refund and/or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Can I know that my return has been received?

Usually the packages arrive at our warehouses in approx. 10 working days, once received we will send you an email informing you of the receipt and verification of the goods proceeding to the refund and / or exchange if the item sent is in correct condition.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item we will proceed to check the condition of the item and if everything is in accordance we will proceed to refund the amount paid by the same method of payment made.

What if I received the wrong item?

Occasionally we may make a mistake in the preparation of the order and therefore we apologize in these cases Mania Online, S.L. we take care of the collection of the wrong item and shipping the correct one without any additional cost to you.

What happens if I have received a defective item?

Mania Online, S.L. makes every effort to check the items we sell so that they arrive in perfect condition, however if you detect any malfunction or damage contact us immediately to proceed to correct the incident as soon as possible.

How do I send the item I want to return?

The item being returned must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, preserving in perfect condition the original packaging and labeling. The shipment must be made using the same protective cardboard box in which you received it for the protection of the item. Please use an appropriate plastic bag as packaging to protect it from humidity or dirt. Please make sure that the package has been properly sealed and cannot be damaged in transit.
In the shipment you must include a copy of the invoice and the warranty certificate (if any) inside the package, marking the returned items and the reason for the return.
Once we receive the goods we will reply as soon as possible with the fastest possible resolution.

How long will it take for my return to arrive?

They usually arrive in about 10 working days to our warehouses. Once we have received the goods we will inform you about the reception and the verification of the correct state of the article.

4.- How to cancel or change an order

Can I cancel or change items in my order?

Yes, if you have placed an order and wish to change any item, data or if you wish to cancel it, please contact us by phone immediately and provide us with the order number and your personal data you have provided as a customer. Our Customer Service is available from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Your order may be cancelled completely before shipment. Please inform us as soon as possible as order preparation is usually very fast and it is not always possible to cancel an order.

In the event that it has left our warehouse, you can refuse receipt at the time of delivery and the carrier will return the package to us. In this case, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

As soon as we are aware of the cancellation of the order, we will proceed to refund the amount paid with the same payment method you used.

5.- How to pay

Payment on delivery (Valid only in Spain)

Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order at the delivery address indicated in the order confirmation. This form of payment has an increase in the cost of the order of 4€ for the management of the reimbursement of the carrier.

Payment by credit card

Payment by bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer to our bank account for the total amount of the order specified in the order confirmation, once we have proof of receipt of payment, we will proceed to ship the order, remember that depending on the bank you have, this process can take between 1 and 3 working days.

To expedite the shipment of the order you can send us to: Mania Online, S.L. the proof of the bank transfer and immediately verified the document we will proceed with the shipment.

In the bank transfer you must indicate the name of the person or entity to which the order will be billed and the order number assigned at the time of placing the order.

Payment by PAYPAL

PayPal allows you to pay directly without communicating your financial data on the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market preserving its security to the maximum.

If you choose this payment method, once the purchase is completed, the website will redirect you to the official Paypal website where you will be able to make the payment.

Once the payment has been made correctly, the order will be finalized and an e-mail will be sent with the summary of the purchase. By clicking on the button "Back to the website www.telescopiomania.com", you will return to the website to view the order and print it.
