Telescope Pack Celestron CGX-L 1400 EDGE HD SC with customized astrophotography course
IN TELESCOPIOMANIA WE OFFER YOU NOW TOGETHER WITH YOUR TELESCOPE, OUR PERSONALIZED COURSE OF ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY INITIATION.
The Edge HD 1400 telescope uses diffraction-limit corrected Schmidt-Cassegrain Edge HD aplanatic optics. The Edge HD optical system combines the famous Schmidt-Cassegrain compactness with newly developed high-definition optics, allowing you to obtain wide-field images with typical astrograph quality. When used visually, the Edge HD optics provide sharp stellar images all the way to the edge of the field, even with 2-inch ultra-wide-angle eyepieces. When used for astrophotography, EdgeHD optics produce aberration-free images across the entire sensor field of CCD or DSLR cameras, even Full Frame format. All EdgeHD optics are designed to produce a very flat focal plane, generating perfectly focused stellar images all the way to the extreme edge of the sensor.
The Edge HD 1400 is suitable for both visual and photographic use, and has been designed to be modular, being able to operate optimally in focal length ranges between 2737 and 12000 mm (with optional accessories, also produced by third parties). The XLT optical treatment enhances the brightness of the optics, and also offers very high contrast on both planets and deep sky objects. The Edge HDs are also Fastar / Hyperstar ready and are equipped with a primary mirror locking system and side apertures with microfilters, to accelerate the thermal balance of the optics.
The kit includes quality accessories: 9x50 mm finder, 2 ″ 23 mm Luminos eyepiece, 2 inch diagonal and dovetail for CGE / Losmandy / NEQ6.
The new frame Celestron CGX-L, with 35Kg load capacity, is a compact, ergonomic and innovative German equatorial mount; these are some of the key features that make it the flagship of the house Celestron:
Additional auxiliary ports and self-guiding port on DEC axis for better cable management.
144 mm diameter gear rim for more precise guidance even with heavy loads.
270 mm dovetail coupling bracket for better support of larger optical tubes.
Sturdy 70 mm stainless steel tripod legs for better stability when working with heavy loads.
Optional polar finder, custom designed for CGX and CGX-L.
WiFi support even with compatible accessories such as Star Sense Auto Align and Sky Portal WiFi Module.
New accessory tray with housing for 1.25" and 2" optical elements and holder for cell phones or tablets.
Comfortable handles on the mount and the new, even more robust tripod, in combination with the ergonomic design of the object tray, make the CGXL mount easy and comfortable to mount. Redesigned controls, improved materials, and mechanical and electronic progress make the CGX-L the most versatile mount in the market Celestron technologically more advanced. The belt drive will allow you to track smoothly and without backlash, even with optical tubes weighing more than 30 kg, while the integrated optical sensors and internal architecture will allow you to conveniently control the mount remotely without any problem. Finally, the ability to control the forward and backward movement of the mount allows you to move the center of gravity to your liking, allowing you to balance the weights as accurately as possible. The internal sensors also allow you to perform remote operations on the mount without any worries, avoiding stress on the wiring and always parking accurately. The "All-Star Polar Alignment" polar alignment software allows for fast and highly accurate polar alignment. Includes new telescope control software Celestron PWI, jointly developed by PlaneWave Instruments, essential for extremely accurate sky modeling and high pointing accuracy. Compatible with dovetails Vixen / CG-5 and Losmandy / CGE. The internal clock will keep the settings memorized without the need to re-enter them each time the mount is connected.
